FOOD FOR HEALTHY HAIR AND SKIN

Hair and skin are the best part a perdon wants to make attractive. Hece one should eat a healthy food for providing nourishment to them. A healthy diet includes lot of fruits and vegetable that provides vitamins and minerals and make our hair and skin beautiful.

Best food for healthy hair and skin


FISH

Fish provides our body with omega-3-fatty acid, vitamin B, iron, proteins and various minerals. Omega-3 fats help in getting fairer skin complexion. Other benefits are it helps in reducing pimples and protects our skin from sun. The nutrients present in fish helps to make our hair strong and shiny. It treats dry and rough scarp and helps in maintaing a healthy hair scarp.

CARROTS

Carrot contain vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for eyesight but also benefits our hair and skin. Vitamin produces sebum that helps to keep our hair moisturized.Vitamin A helps in regulating the cell growth of skin. It prevents early ageing and keeps skin young.

BANANA

Banana is rich in vitamin A,B and E. It acts as an anti-aging agent for skin keeping you young. Banana can also be used as a facial marks for getting glowing skin. It also contains minerals like pottasium and magnesium. Pottasium helps in making hair stronger.

ORANGES

Oranges are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to build collager in skin that repairs skin cells and lightens skin tone. Vitamin C helps to absorb zinc. Defficiency of zinc in body laeds to weak hair and hairfall.

ALMONDS AND WALNUTS

Almonds and walnuts contain vitamin E. Vitamin E keeps our skin and hair moisturized and soft.

CHICKEN AND MEAT

Chicken annd meat should be included in diet for providing body with protein. Protein is the major constituent for hair. Protein helps to heal the skin wound and makes our hair stronger and longer.

LENTILS

Lentils contain folic acid which improves the oxygen supply to skin and hair scalp. It is also important for building new cells for skin and hair.

EGGS

Eggs are good source of zinc, iron and also contains omega fatty acids. Zinc helps to make our hair strong and omega fatty acids gives protecting against harmful U.V rays.

TOMATOES,STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES

Berries contain anti-oxidents that keeps our skin young. Vitamin in berries helps in circulating of blood to our hair scalp.

GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES

Green leafy vegetables contain almost all minerals and minerals required for healthy hair and skin. Apart from healthy food drink 8 glass of water in a day to keep your body hydrated. Water provides moisture to hair and skin and makes them soft. Exerciring is also very important for getting healthy haiy and skin.
